At this time when people may wish to avoid public spaces, we would like to point out some of our remotely accessible operational services which we encourage you to avail of and sign up for:
1.       Online Account Facility:

For all members registered for Online Banking, you can avail of the following services via our Website or Mobile App.

· Transfer funds from your credit union account to an external bank account.
· Transfer funds internally from your credit union savings account to your loan account.
· Pay Bills e.g. Bord Gáis, Electric Ireland, Energia, Airtricty.
· View & print your credit union account statements.
· Complete a loan application.
· Apply for a current account and debit card.

If you have already registered for online banking but have forgotten your details please contact us on 051-421143 or email info@newrosscreditunion.com

To register for Online Banking Services please click HERE to complete the registration process. A PIN number will be issued in the post. This normally takes 5 business days to arrive.

For Online Access your photo ID and address verification must be up to date on your account. You must be 16 years of age or older to avail of an online account.

2. Phone Services: 

You can avail of the following services by calling our office on 051-421143, 6 days a week.
 

Our phone lines are open 6 days a week during the following times; Monday to Friday: 9.30am – 5.30pm & Saturday 9.30am – 4.30pm· Request a copy of your credit union account IBAN & BIC. This will allow you to transfer funds into the Credit Union from your bank account.
· Make a loan application, make a loan appointment or enquire about an existing loan application.
· Make a loan payment.

3. Email Services:

Members can avail of the following services by email.

· Transfer funds from your credit union account to your own bank account. (Please attach a copy of your photo ID and bank statement detailing your IBAN & BIC to your email request). Email: secure@newross.cumail.ie
· Request a copy of your credit union account IBAN & BIC. This will allow you to transfer funds into the Credit Union from your bank account. Email: secure@newross.cumail.ie
· Make a Loan Appointment, enquire about an existing loan application or email loan documentation. Email: secure@newross.cumail.ie

In the event of a Covid-19 incident preventing public access to our offices, please note that all electronic payments e.g. standing orders will be processed as normal.

If the situation regarding Covid-19 directly impacts credit union staff, we will provide you with further updates.

We will issue any required updates via our website and our social channels.
